Training FAQ

Where does your training take place?

Most of our training sessions take place on site where you do business. In some cases, we will perform training in large conference facilities, however the best learning experience typically comes by learning on the workstations you will be working on every day.

Do you offer any follow up support?

All of our onsite training packages include 6 months of follow up phone and email support. The support package covers general Q & A, how-to, and troubleshooting of issues you are having with your site. The follow up support, does not include the cost of modifying or updating your site.

Do you offer remote training?

We are in the process of building an infastructure to support remote training. At this time we feel the best learning experience occurs on site where your team is doing the work. We hope to have a remote training, and webinar training in place by 2018.

What areas do you serve?

We currently offer training in the United States only. Travel costs are covered by Bridge Road Marketing for any training taking place in the WI and Northern, IL / Chicago Area. Any onsite training outside of our local service area will incur travel expenses, typically ranging from $1500-$3000 depending on location and duration. No, we don’t fly first class 🙁
