Standard builds have no setup fee. Monthly change time does not roll over. Extra work and third-party fees require approval. We agree on the exact deliverables before work begins.

Stay because the work is valuable. Your domain, supplied content, brand assets, and customer data are yours from day one. Cancel after any paid month. After 24 paid months on the same site, the agreed transferable custom site deliverables become yours to keep here or take to another provider.
If you leave earlier, you can take your own assets and data. An optional early purchase of the completed site is available at a disclosed declining price. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, and stock assets follow their own license terms.

Can I change plans?
Yes. We scope a change in site size or monthly capacity with you before it takes effect. A major rebuild gets its own written schedule.
What if I need more changes?
We estimate and get approval for work beyond your included time. Additional production time is $125 per hour in 30-minute increments, or a separately quoted project.
Does Scale include a full ecommerce implementation?
Scale includes an agreed commerce setup and ongoing product and campaign work on a supported platform. Large imports, custom checkout, ERP or PIM connections, and complex inventory workflows are scoped as Enterprise or a separate project.
What happens if I cancel?
The service ends after your current paid period. Your domain, supplied assets, and data remain yours. You can purchase the completed site early under the disclosed schedule or take the site after 24 paid months.
Are hosting and maintenance included?
Managed hosting, SSL, backups, security and software maintenance are included. Premium hosting, paid plugins, stock assets, and other third-party costs are disclosed separately.
