Need help or found a barrier?

If something on our sites prevents you from getting information or completing a task, please tell us. You do not need to use an AI demo or make a phone call to request help.

Email: inquiry@bridgeroadmarketing.com

You can also use our Contact us page. Please use “Accessibility” in your email subject.

Include the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and your preferred way to receive a reply. Browser, device, and assistive-technology details are helpful if you want to share them. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or other sensitive information.

We will review the reported barrier and work with you on a practical way to access the information or service.

One commitment across our family

Bridge Road Marketing LLC is committed to improving digital access for people with disabilities, including people with visual, hearing, mobility, speech, and cognitive disabilities.

This statement covers bridgeroadmarketing.com, including BR / Marketing, BR / Operations, and BR / Business Systems. Our accessibility policy also applies to the other sites we own and the sites we build or maintain for clients.

Each separate site needs its own statement identifying the site owner, contact route, review status, and any known limitations. Our shared policy sets the expectation for that work; it does not mean that every separate site has the same accessibility status.

The standard we work toward

Our target is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines help teams make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

We are making accessibility part of our design, development, content, and maintenance process. Our shared accessibility build standard sets out the requirements for all Bridge Road brands and client builds.

  • Readable content, sufficient contrast, and layouts that adapt to zoom and smaller screens.
  • Keyboard access, visible focus, clear labels, and understandable forms and errors.
  • Useful alternatives for images, media, and documents.
  • Motion that can be paused or reduced, and text-based access to interactive and AI experiences.

Current review status

We have reviewed selected new brand pages and workbench interactions for desktop and phone layouts, keyboard operation, and motion controls. These checks are limited; they are not a complete assessment of every page or user journey.

We have not yet completed a full WCAG 2.2 AA evaluation of this website and do not currently claim full conformance.

Broader screen-reader testing, older content, downloadable PDFs, and complete third-party form, booking, and payment journeys still need further review. If a document, embedded service, or interaction creates a barrier, email us so we can help with an alternative and investigate.

The existing AI workbench uses prewritten simulations. Any live AI feature added later will be reviewed against the same accessibility standard. Essential service and contact information should remain available without completing a simulation.

Keeping access part of the work

Our process is to identify barriers, prioritize their effect on people, assign responsibility, and retest improvements. Accessibility checks belong in new releases and in reviews of changes to content, templates, plugins, and interactive features.

We assess third-party tools as part of the customer journey and work on alternatives when an outside component causes a barrier. A plugin or automated scan alone cannot establish that a website is accessible.

Bridge Road Marketing LLC owns this statement. We will update it as our review progresses and material information changes.
