Commerce · Systems · Marketing
01 / THE CHALLENGE
The buying process shaped the build.
Used industrial equipment and replacement filters serve related customers, but they do not follow the same sales process. The sites needed distinct storefronts while sharing the resources behind them.
02 / THE WORK
Connecting the experience and the operation.
01
Separate storefronts, shared resources
Bridge Road built JusDust and JusFilters in a two-store Magento configuration, with distinct product lines and a shared ACT database.
02
A cart adapted for quotations
JusDust’s quote-only sales process required a different next step. The standard cart-based checkout was adapted into a quotation system.
03
Product information that helps buyers decide
Part numbers, alternative part references, and product literature supported research and discovery. The engagement also included catalog management, SEO, email, and social marketing.
03 / THE VALUE
A system shaped around the way buyers buy.
The work gave two related product lines their own customer experience on a shared technical foundation. Quotation handling and detailed catalog information reflected the realities of industrial purchasing.
