01 / THE CHALLENGE

The business doesn’t stop at checkout.

Cristina V. needed its online store to work alongside sales at trade shows, trunk shows, and other events. Keeping stock and accounting aligned mattered just as much as the customer-facing design.

02 / THE WORK

Connecting the experience and the operation.

01

A more practical platform

Bridge Road migrated the original Magento storefront to WooCommerce to reduce development, maintenance, and hosting expenses. The redesign introduced additional functionality at a lower expense.

02

Connected in-person sales

The website served as the product and inventory source of record, with Square supporting transactions at events while keeping inventory aligned with the online store.

03

Accounting and daily operations

QuickBooks Online connected sales reconciliation and reporting. Shipping rules, promotions, tax configuration, and staff training supported the day-to-day operation.

03 / THE VALUE

An ongoing relationship, built around the business.

The historical project record describes a client relationship spanning more than ten years. The work connected how the brand sold online, sold in person, maintained inventory, and reconciled sales—extending well beyond a website launch.

Historical project profile. Systems described reflect the documented engagement.
